2.3 Right to Use: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any User Content you submit, and that you have obtained consent from all individuals whose names, images, or likenesses appear in your User Content.

2.4 License to Process: By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

4.1 "AS IS" Basis: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4.2 No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

4.3 No Guarantee of Quality: We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated videos for any particular purpose. Results may vary based on input content and technical factors.

4.4 No Data Backup Guarantee: While we implement reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee the preservation of your User Content or generated videos. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.

5.1 Exclusion of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

5.2 User Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

6.1 Credit System: The Service uses a credit-based system. Video generation consumes credits based on duration and resolution. Credit costs are displayed before generation.

6.2 No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Used credits cannot be refunded, even if you are unsatisfied with the generated video.

6.3 Failed Generations: In case of technical failures during video generation, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where appropriate, credit your account. However, we cannot guarantee credit restoration in all cases.

7.1 Service Ownership: The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other materials (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Videos: You retain all rights to videos generated from your User Content. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that generated videos comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
